To make your audience selection, follow the steps below:
Note: Before you start, make sure you have your data sources integrated and are sending data, or you've imported your contacts to your Acteol SE.
Click the Single Customer View
icon.Click Contact Segmentation.
Use the Data Tree to do the segmentation.
Drag and drop Custom Wizard to choose any criteria from the usual wizards.
Use Selections & Queries to check your selections and create Campaign Target List.
Click Favourites to easily access any selection or node you marked as favourite.
Your customer data is captured via your available data integration sources such as Wi-Fi, reservations, and EPoS transactions.
