You can segment the data related to reservations from the bookings wizard.
You can segment the date related to your hotel reservations from the hotel booker wizard.
Verify that your reservation system is connected
To verify that your reservation system is connected, follow the steps below:
Click your profile picture
, then click Settings.
Click Acteol SE Setup.
From the displayed sections, click Data Sources.
From the My Data Sources tab, you will have your reservation source displayed.
Verify that the connection has:
An active status.
A begin date in the past, which is usually 3 years ago.

The integration with Tonic automatically syncs ticket purchases and event participation data into Acteol SE, linking this information to individual customer records. This enables you to see who attended which events, what types of tickets they purchased, and what events they are scheduled to attend. With this data, you can create targeted segments and personalised marketing campaigns in the lead-up to an event, creating a consistent engagement journey from pre-purchase to attendance.
