Available integrations

The following integrations add the booking and guest data for your reservations in your Acteol SE system, syncing booking and customer profile data to enhance segmentation, personalise campaigns, and support a single customer view.

Segment the data related to reservations

Verify that your reservation system is connected

To verify that your reservation system is connected, follow the steps below:

  1. Click your profile pictureusername.png, then click Settings.

  2. Click Acteol SE Setup.

  3. From the displayed sections, click Data Sources.

  4. From the My Data Sources tab, you will have your reservation source displayed.

  5. Verify that the connection has:

    • An active status.

    • A begin date in the past, which is usually 3 years ago.


WiFi

Acteol SE connects with these integrations, enabling automated ingestion of customer details, visit timestamps, and location data into Acteol SE. With this information feeding into the Single Customer View, you can understand guest footfall patterns, trigger welcome or follow‑up emails, and enrich segmentation with on‑site behaviour.

You can segment the data related to wifi from the Wifi wizard.

  3. From the displayed sections, click Data Sources.

  4. From the My Data Sources tab, you will have your wifi source displayed.

  5. Verify that the connection has:

    • An active status.

You can segment the data related to transactions from the transactions wizard.

    • An active status.


Ticketing and events

The integration with Tonic automatically syncs ticket purchases and event participation data into Acteol SE, linking this information to individual customer records. This enables you to see who attended which events, what types of tickets they purchased, and what events they are scheduled to attend. With this data, you can create targeted segments and personalised marketing campaigns in the lead-up to an event, creating a consistent engagement journey from pre-purchase to attendance.
