How does the integration work?
The integration automatically syncs ticket purchases and event participation data into Acteol, linking this information to individual customer records. This enables you to see who attended which events, what types of tickets they purchased, and what events they are scheduled to attend. With this data, you can create targeted segments and personalised marketing campaigns in the lead-up to an event, creating a consistent engagement journey from pre-purchase to attendance.
Users will be able to create segments via the Tonic Events wizard which is available upon set up in the SCV.
How does the connection work?
There is a daily sync between the two products.
