During the onboarding process for Acteol SE, there are two options for managing your multiple sites within your CRM:

  • Option 1: One Acteol SE instances for all the different sites / businesses.

  • Option 2: Sperate Acteol SE instances for each of your sites / Businesses.

Option 1: One Acteol SE instances for all the different sites / businesses.

  • Centralizing your log-in, all your data and Marketing efforts: one Access Evo log in to all your products, including Acteol SE. This will grant you the greatest experience with Access Evo analysis and dashboards.

  • Unified view of customers: All customer data is in one place. You can send campaigns to your full database or segment by customer behaviour - e.g., favourite site.

  • Consolidated Insights: View all marketing performance metrics from a single dashboard with easy site-by-site filtering.

  • Efficient Asset Management: Create one email template, then reuse and adjust e.g. logo, colours per site β€” no need to start from scratch.

  • Streamlined Campaign Management: Upload your assets once and use them across all locations β€” saving time and keeping branding consistent.

  • One Preference Centre: Customers opt in/out once, simplifying data compliance and user experience. You can add preferences to let them choose which sites they want to hear from.

Option 2: One separate instance per site

  • Separate sign-up forms: One sign up form per site, giving a cleaner, branded experience from the start.

    • By default, only 1 sign up form is provided by Acteol SE instance to embed into your websites; unless purchasing the Survey module.

  • Data separation: No need to segment by site β€” each instance holds only the data relevant to its location or business.
