To segment your customers based on the site they interact with, follow the steps below:
Click the Single Customer View
icon.
Click Contact Segmentation, then click the arrow
icon by the Locations node.Click the arrow
icon by the node having the name of your brand. You can drag and drop the relevant site under the relevant sites category:
Home site: The site where a contact made their first visit. This will never be changed.
Favourite site: The most interacted with site in the last 12 months.
Last interacted with: The Last site the contact has visited.
Has visited: The contact has visited the site at least once.
Selected site: This is a site that a customer has selected from a sign-up form or a survey.
Has interacted with: Made an interaction (Wi-Fi, transaction, booking, survey response) at least once.
Preferred site: This is a site that a customer has selected to hear from. It is related to the preferred site question in surveys. This will override the customer's favourite site calculation, if you use the favourite site nodes, these will be.
π€Tip: In the favourite site section, you will have an additional site under the name of your system. That's the generic site of your Acteol SE system.
A generic site is a non-real site that our system automatically creates. It's basically a placeholder that gets assigned to customers who don't interact with your actual site. This helps with segmentation and makes it easier when you add more sites later on.
