Segment customers after they complete a survey

If you've created a survey, and made it live. You can segment your customers based on their responses to create customised experiences for your customers.

To segment your customers based on their responses, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module and click Contact Segmentation.

  2. By the node Surveys, click the expand icon then drag the Generic Survey Wizard.

  3. From the list, select the relevant form.

    πŸ€“Tip: If you don't have the survey module licensed and you're segmenting the customers who completed your website sign-up form offered by Acteol SE, please note that the survey name would be SE Website signup form.

  4. Select Is Completed and click Next.

    • To precise any other information, select other fields from the list.

  5. Select True, specify a title if needed, and click Next.
