To segment the contacts that were created from a specific source, follow the steps below:
Open the Single Customer View module and click Contact Segmentation.
Drag and drop the Sources wizard.
⚠️ Important: Dragging and dropping the Source wizard is important as it's only via doing so you can see all the list of what data sources are integrated within your Acteol SE system, sometimes the nodes under the node source aren't indicating everything you have.
Select Source ID, select the source name and click Next.
Note: To segment these contacts by when you added them to the database, add the Import Date field and specify the time range.
Enter a title for your wizard's query and click Next.
🤓Tip: You can use this method to verify whether your Wi-Fi or third-party reservation systems are successfully integrated and sending data.
