To segment your customers based on the booking information, follow the steps below:
Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.
From the Data Tree nodes list, drag and drop the Guest Tags (wizard) into the Contact Selection.
Select the relevant fields to query on:
Tag.
Count of Interactions.
Click Next, then select the relevant tags.
Click Next, and enter a title for your wizard's query.
