Create a segment of all customers created from GiftPro

Create a real time segment of all customers created from GiftPro

If you just wish to have a board segmentation for all customers created from GiftPro, then just follow these steps instead:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. Drag and drop the Source Wizard, then select Source ID.

  3. From the available options, select GiftPro.

  4. Click Next.

Create a segment of all customers created from GiftPro

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. By the Source Wizard, click the expand icon.

  3. From the available options, select GiftPro.

Create a segment based on specific information from GiftPro

To create a segment based on specific information created from GiftPro, follow these steps :

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation

  2. From the Data Tree nodes list, expand the node named Gift Card, then drag and drop the GiftCard Wizard.

  3. Select the relevant field for your segmentation:

    • Gift Card.

    • Card Title.

    • Initial Balance.

    • Current Balance.

    • Total Spend.

    • Purchase Date.

    • Expiry Date.

  4. Click Next, add a title to your segment, then click Next.


Create a segment based on transaction information from GiftPro

To segment customers based on when they made a transaction using a gift card or how much they spent, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation

  2. From the Data Tree nodes list, expand the node named Gift Card, then drag and drop the GiftCard Transactions Wizard.

  3. Select the relevant field for your segmentation:

    • Gift Card.

    • Amount.

    • Initial Balance.

    • Transaction date.

    • Location.

  4. Click Next, add a title to your segment, then click Next.
