Segment customers based on their transactions values

You can segment contacts based on their transactions values information, if provide by the relevant third party, and target them via related campaigns.

Segment contacts based on one transaction value

To segment your customers based on the transactions values information, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. From the Data Tree nodes list, click the arrow expand icon.png to expand the nodes under Transaction values.

  3. Drag and drop the relevant value for your selection. You can choose values from the Average Transaction values or Total Transactions Values.


Segment contacts based on multiple transaction values

If you're willing to have contacts that meet more than one criteria, follow the steps below:

  1. Drag and drop all the transactions values that you wish to include.

  2. Click the three dots for the And icon, then from Operations choose the Or operation type.

  3. To save your selection for future use, click Save.

  4. Name your selection, then click Save again.
