The ResDiary integration connects ResDiary's reservation and table management platform with Acteol SE, automatically syncing booking, customer, and transactional data on a daily basis. This integration is primarily used by marketing and CRM teams to keep customer records current and support segmentation, campaign automation, and loyalty reporting across multiple venues.

How it works

Acteol SE retrieves reservation and customer data from ResDiary via a scheduled daily API cals. Transactional data, including the total amount paid online and booking date, is mapped against reservation records and stored in Acteol SE's CRM. All data is displayed within the single customer view, giving you a consolidated picture of each guest's activity.

Data synced

The following data is retrieved from ResDiary and stored in Acteol SE:

  • Reservation data, including booking date, time, party size, and location.

  • Customer profile data.

  • Transactional data, including total amount paid online and booking date.

Key considerations

⚠️Important: Booking and customer data is refreshed on a daily cycle, not in real time. Allow up to 24 hours for new or updated records to appear in Acteol SE.

⚠️Important: Only the total amount paid online is included in transactional data. Product hierarchy and menu item details are not synced.
