To view a customer's the hotel Guestline bookings, follow the steps below:
If you located the guest through a customer search or via a specific segmentation, click the Edit
icon by their profile.Click the arrow
icon by the Interactions tab, then click the arrow
icon by Bookings.Click Hotel, and view your guest's previous hotel bookings:
Reservation reference
Booking date, check-in and check-out dates.
Hotel booking location.
Hotel booking market segment.
Estimated hotel booking value or spend.
Number of guests (adults, children, infants).
Hotel booking status.
To view more details, click the grid
icon to switch to a detailed grid view.By the relevant booking, click the arrow
icon. You'll have this information:Room ID.
Room ref (if available).
Room type.
Room capacity.
