Add a customer to the send list of your campaign

There could be cases where a customer has opted out accidentally but they have confirmed to you that they want to receive marketing campaigns from you. You can send to them the campaigns they've missed.

To include a specific customer to the send of a campaign that has already finished its send, follow the below steps:

  1. By the relevant campaign, on the channel actions, click the edit

    icon.

  2. Select the Destination List tab, then click Add one recipient.

  3. Seach for the relevant customer:

    1. By Search Contact, click the search icon.

    2. In the search bar, type in the customer's email or full name.

    3. Click the search icon.

    4. By the relevant customer, click the Add and Use icon.

  4. When the customer's details will be filled automatically, click Send.
