Create a copy of a campaign

You can reuse a campaign and apply any modifications instead of creating a similar campaign from scratch.

To reuse a campaign, follow the steps below:

⚠️Important: This option will be greyed out if your design isn't applied in the design step.

  1. By the relevant campaign, on the actions column, click the Reuse-Campaign

    icon.

  2. You can update the following campaign details:

    • Title: The campaign title.

    • Target: The campaign selection.

      • From the drop down, you'll have these options:

        • To keep the same selection, select Use the same selection.

        • To change the selection, select Choose a new selection.

        • If you're not sure, select I will change it later.

  3. From the sender profile dropdown, select the relevant sender profile.​​​​

  4. Click Reuse and proceed with your campaign updates.

⚠️Important: You can update any relevant detail on the level of all the campaign steps except for the sender profile choice.
