To reuse a campaign, follow the steps below:
⚠️Important: This option will be greyed out if your design isn't applied in the design step.
By the relevant campaign, click the Reuse-Campaign
icon.You can update the following campaign details:
Title: The campaign title.
Description: The campaign description.
Target: The campaign selection.
From the Preview/Edit Selection list, you'll have these options:
To keep the same selection, select Use the same selection.
To change the selection, select Choose a new selection.
If you're not sure, select I will change it later.
Select the relevant sender profile.
Click Reuse and proceed with your campaign updates.
⚠️Important: You can update any relevant detail on the level of all the campaign steps except for the sender profile choice.
