To measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns to optimise your strategies and achieve more business goals, review the below guidlines:

  • Campaigns results: The campaign performance report tracks email reach, store visits, and customer spending within 14 days, distinguishing between direct (EPOS/reservation data) and indirect spend (estimated based on average values). It includes key email metrics like open, click, and delivery rates, along with device usage insights. Additional analytics cover engagement trends, including when emails were opened, delivery success, and performance over time through visual data representations.

  • Clicks heatmap: The click overview shows you the number of total clicks and the number of distinct clicks on each link in your email, as well as the URL of the link.

  • View Communications Insights: Provides a comprehensive analysis of campaign effectiveness across a selected date range. It tracks key metrics such as email delivery, open and click rates, unsubscribes, and complaints. Additionally, it measures customer engagement beyond email, including store visits, direct and indirect spending within 14 days, and booking activity

  • Segment the customers who received your campaign: Segmenting and retargeting customers who have received specific campaigns allows to deliver more personalised and relevant messaging, improving engagement and conversion rates. By identifying high-intent customers, such as those who opened or clicked but didn’t take action, you can reinforce your message through follow-ups, reducing email fatigue while maximising ROI.
