Segment customers based on their campaigns engagement

You can segment contacts based on their campaigns engagement information.

To segment contacts based on their campaign engagement information, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module and click Contact Segmentation.

  2. Expand the node Campaign Engagement.

    • Open recency: Find customers based on how recently they last opened a campaign.

    • Click Recency: Find customers based on how recently they last clicked within a campaign.

    • Open Frequency: Find customers based on how frequently they've opened a campaign.

    • SMS Delivered Recency: How recently a customer was sent an SMS that was delivered successfully.
