To segment contacts based on their campaign engagement information, follow the steps below:
Open the Single Customer View module and click Contact Segmentation.
Expand the node Campaign Engagement.
Open recency: Find customers based on how recently they last opened a campaign.
Click Recency: Find customers based on how recently they last clicked within a campaign.
Open Frequency: Find customers based on how frequently they've opened a campaign.
SMS Delivered Recency: How recently a customer was sent an SMS that was delivered successfully.
Segment the customers who received your campaign
To segment the customers you've previously sent them a specific campaign, follow the steps below:
From the Single Customer View module, open the Contact Segmentation.
Click Selections & Queries, and by Campaign Target List click the plus
icon.From the campaigns list, from the actions column, click the select
icon.From the selected campaigns section, click Validate My List.
Add a description, then select the relevant email results.
Delivered: You can choose this to obtain the customers who received your selected campaign.
Opened: You can choose this to obtain the customers who opened your selected campaign.
Clicked: You can choose this to obtain the customers who clicked any link or a specific link on your selected campaign.
Unsubscribes: You can choose this to obtain the customers who unsubscribed when they received your selected campaign.
Errors: You can choose this to obtain the customers whom the campaign items got errored when it was trying to send the selected campaign.
Control group: This is to get the customers who belonged to the control group if you've set it for your selected campaign.
By Review results by a specific time period? specify the following:
Ever.
Specific date range.
Custom date range.
Click Submit. Then from under Campaign Target List, drag the newly created box in the Selection section.
You can now view the results of your selection or combine it with any other node criteria from the data tree.
