View a summary of processed campaigns

You can see a summary of all your processed campaign in the campaign summary.

To view a summary of your processed one-off campaigns, follow the steps below:

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.

  2. Click Campaign Summary.

    • For automated campaigns, click Automated Campaign.

  3. Now you can view the:

    • Campaign actions: Further information below.

    • ID: The unique identification code for the campaign.

    • Title: The campaign name.

    • Channel: The campaign channel: email, SMS.

    • Campaign actions: Further information below.

    • Channel Status:

      • Approved: You've approved the campaign, but have not sent it.

      • Processed: You've sent the campaign.

    • Channel Email Opcode: The unique identification code for an email campaign.

    • Order Originator: Who approved the campaign.

    • Sender Profile: The sender profile you selected during campaign set-up.

    • Initial Targeted Customers: How many customers are in the email selection.

    • Initial Total Comms: How many total emails will send.

    • Due/Start Date: The date and time you've set the email delivery to start.

    • Expiry Date: The date and time you've set the email delivery to end.

    • Saved On: When you approved the campaign for sending.

  4. To filter your campaigns, click the search icon.


Actions

From the Campaign summary page, you can perform the following actions:

Reuse a campaign.

View the campaign set-up.

Reuse the campaign using the same voucher code.

When you reuse with a voucher code, this automatically builds and adds a selection to your newly created campaign, and resends the identical code to customers. This is useful for a reminder to redeem their initial voucher, for example.

Click heat maps.

Edit the campaign.

Pause the campaign.
