The contact profile summary contains all the information for a single customer.

Open the contact's summary page

To view a contact's profile summary, follow the steps below:

  1. From the home page, click SCV then click Search contact.

  2. In the search bar, search for the contact's name or email address.

    • To search using different information, select the field from the In list.

  3. Click Search search (search contact).png, then click the Display Contact Profile image.png icon.

πŸ€“ Tip: From here, you can also view their Profile, Marketing, Interactions (Website Tracking details, transactions, bookings, visits), Surveys, and Vouchers tabs if your instance is licensing the modules.


Summary

You can see the contact's useful visit and spend information at the top-right of the page. To see information for a certain time period, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Lifetime list, select the time frame.

  2. Click the Apply Filter icon.

Contactable

In the top-left of the page are the available communication options.


If the icon is green, the customer has opted-in and is having valid information regarding the channel. Hover over the icons for more information.


These include:

App - communications via this channel are applicable for the Acteol Enterprise version only.

πŸ€“ Tip: Customers can set these in the preference centre manually. If a customer hasn't received a campaign, they may not have opted in from there or when their details were recorded by the relevant third party.

Tags

You can create new tags in the Acteol settings. When a customer meets the tag criteria, the tag is automatically applied to the contact's profile. These help you quickly see a customer's habits in relation to the brand. Hover over the tag to see its name.

Favourite and preferred sites

The customer's favourite sires are displayed on the interactive map. For more detail, you can zoom in or hover over icons.


Timeline

You can view a customer's interactions with the brand in the timeline. Use the filter to display specific items.


View contact details

To view the customer's contact details, navigate to the tab Profile then click Contact Details. These details include:

  • Address details.

  • Company details.

  • Push notification details.(applicable for the Acteol Enterprise version only)

  • Additional Details.

  • Creation and last modified by.

  • Various IDs (applicable for the Acteol Enterprise version only)

    • Loyalty.

    • Referral.

    • Student.

    • Click & collect.
