View overall contacts that you can target with marketing communications

To see which of your customers have opted in for marketing communications and have an available email address, follow the steps below:

  1. Click SCV, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. From the Data Tree, expand the Communications node.

  3. Expand the node with the brand name.

πŸ“ŒNote: The brand name reflects your Acteol SE's system name as you've chosen during the start of your onboarding. This doesn't necessarily reflect your site name, especially if you have multiple sites.

  4. Expand the Contactable node, then drag and drop Emailable to your selection.

  5. To check results, go to the Results section.

⚠️Important: When creating marketing email campaigns, you can choose any customer segment; however, only emailable customers will be included in the final audience. Emailable customers are those with a valid email address who have opted in to receive marketing communications, and all other customers will be automatically filtered out.
