In order to export your customers details, please follow the below steps:
From SCV module, click Contact Segmentation.
Drag and drop the relevant node you want to extract its data.
🤓Tip: if you want to export all your database, use the Demographics node. If you want to export all opted-in customers, use the Optin node under Communications.
Click Results.
Click Export options, click on Analysis Export then click Confirm.
Add the required information from the Analysis Export pop-up:
Enter a title for your report.
From the dropdown, choose Audience Selection for the export field.
Select XLSX or CSV as the export extension.
Click Next then click Finish.
🤓Tip: The report will be prepared shortly, and you’ll be notified, and you'll be able to download it once it's ready.
Open the link provided in the notification email, then click Download
icon.
