The History page shows where and when you've modified a contact’s profile. To view a contact's contact history or op-in/bounce history, follow the steps below:
🤓 Tip: This is useful for starting investigations, if a contact missed a communication, check whether the email address became unavailable due to a bounce, or if they were opted-in at the time the communication sent.
Click SCV, then click Search contact.
In the search bar, search for the contact's name or email address.
Click the Display Contact Profile
icon.
Click Profile, then click History.
Select the required tab:
Contact History: View a timeline of when a contact's details have changed through a particular source. You can also see any modifications and who made the change.
Opt-in/Bounce history: Displays the timeline of a contact’s opt-in or outs for each communication method. It also shows when an email bounced.
This is useful to see when and how a contact changed their communication preference, or find when an email address becomes unavailable.
