Click SCV, then click Search contact.
In the search bar, search for the contact's name or email address.
Click the Display Contact Profile
icon.Click Profile, then click History.
Select the Opt-in/Bounce history tab.
Click Check Availability. You will have two options showing:
Checking if hard bounced.
Checking if invalid.
If the customer's email can be removed from the hard bounces list, you will have a green tick
icon, and you can click Remove From List.
π€Tip: To verify that the hard bounce was successfully removed, you can view the summary tab in the customer's contact profile.
In some cases, after removal, the contact may only become available the next day, once the availability calculation has been processed. If you require this action to be done as soon as possible, you can contact the support team.
