Merge contacts

If you have two profiles for the same contact, you can merge the profiles into a single contact profile.

To merge two contact profiles, follow the steps below:

⚠️Important: Be certain that the profiles are for the same person; this process is irreversible.

  1. Open the Single Customer View module.

  2. Click Search Contact, then search for the contact to merge.

  3. Click the Display Contact Profile icon.

  4. Click the Merge icon, then select a contact.

  5. Click the Add and use icon.

  6. To set the main profile, click the Set Master Profile icon.

  7. Click Submit Merge.

πŸ“Œ Note: If there's missing contact personal information for the main contact, these details automatically populate from the merged profile. The most recent email address is the one used on the main contact profile.
