Delete a contact

You can delete customer profiles in a few easy steps.

To delete a contact, follow the steps below:

⚠️Warning: You can't restore customers after you've deleted them. Alternatively, you can hash a customer's personal data.

  1. Click SCV, then click Search contact.

  2. In the search bar, search for the contact's name or email address.

  3. Click the Display Contact Profile image.png icon.

  4. Click the Delete image.png icon, then click Confirm.
