Birthday-specific information
To segment your customers based on their birthday information, follow these steps:
Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.
From the Data Tree nodes list, by Demographics click the arrow
icon to expand the node.Drag the Birthday (Wizard) into Contact Segmentation.
Select Birth Date, then click Next to specify the birthday information:
On: if you want choose a specific date.
Between: if you want to choose a date range. Click the date
icon to add the dates.
Click Next.
Birthday date dynamic information
Alternatively, if you just want to get the customers who are having their birthday in the next days, so that you can set a dynamic selection. Follow the steps below:
From the Data Tree nodes list, by Demographics click the arrow
icon to expand the node.Drag the Birthday (Custom) into Contact Segmentation.
In the Born In The Next Number Of Days field, specify how many days are left until the customer's birthday.
Click Next, and specify your query title then click Finish.
