Access the checklists

For easy access to helpful step-by-step in-product checklists designed to guide you through key knowledge material, videos, and articles, each packed with key actions and insights, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Acteol SE.

  2. On the home page, add: Home/Index?F=1#getstarted to the end of the URL in your browser and press Enter.

    📌 Note: Your URL will be formatted as this:

    https://[COMPANYNAME].news-updates.co.uk/Home/Index?F=1#getstarted

  3. Read the pop-up that confirms your new journey is active, then close it.

  4. After a minute, you'll receive the first checklist via the Access Digital Assistant icon.

  5. From the displayed checklists, click Show me more.

  6. After completing your checklist, click Mark as completed.

🤓 Tip: If dismissed or closed, to go back, click the Tasks tab.
