Add or view assets to your Acteol assets library

Add or view assets in your assets library to be used in email or social campaigns. Your asset library is where you store the assets that you might use in your campaigns, these include images, videos, pdfs, word docs, etc.

Add an asset

To add an asset, follow the steps below:

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.

  2. Click Asset Library, then click Add Asset.

  3. Select the folder you'd like to upload your asset in, then in the files section:

    • Drag and drop the files you want to upload.

    • Click Select files and browse your computer.

    πŸ€“Tip: You can upload more than one at a time.

  4. Add any relevant keywords.

  5. From the Available For dropdown, select where you want to use your asset:

    • Email

      • If you've selected, email, you will have another dropdown menu to allow you to select the relevant templates you'd like to have the uploaded asset available for.

    • Website

    • App

    • Voucher

    • Loyalty

    • Audience Management

    • Social Media

    • Push Notification Icon

  6. Click Continue.

    πŸ“ŒNote: If you've had an error, verify if you have either selected a folder or selected Share with all brands.

  7. Once completed, click Finish.

From your assets library on Acteol SE, you can review:

The list of your assets

You can review the list of your assets in a grid view, or a list view.

  • To switch your assets view into a grid view, click the gird view icon.

  • To switch your assets view into a list view, click the gird view icon.

Assets editing

You can edit your assets in easy steps:

  • While you're still on the asset library, by the relevant picture, click the three-dot icon:

    • Edit Details: this is to edit any of the settings you have added for your asset during its upload.

    • Edit Image:

      • Adjust: You can crop, rotate or flip the picture.

      • Resize: You can resize the asset's width and height.

      • Filters: You can apply any of the available filters.

      • Annotate: You can add text, any shapes or lines.

      • Watermark: You can add watermarks; this allows you to upload a watermark or add it as a text.

    • Copy Direct Link.

    • Rename.

    • Move to Folder.

    • Remove.
