Add an asset
To add an asset, follow the steps below:
From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.
Click Asset Library, then click Add New Asset.
Select the assets to upload, you can upload more than one at a time:
Drag and drop files.
Click Select files and browse your computer.
To make any required edits, click the edit image
icon then click Save and Exit.You can edit brightness, contrast, exposure, and saturation.
You can add on some effects or filters.
You can change the orientation, crop, or resize the asset.
You can add watermarks, shapes, images, or text on top of the picture as needed.
🤓Tip: If you're uploading a video, you can set a thumbnail for it. Just click the Display photos from Video
icon and choose the thumbnail type and use it. Click Next, and assign the picture on the relevant folder, share it for all templates and make it available where needed:

Voucher
Audience Management
Social Media
Click Finish.
Manage and view your assets
From your assets library on Acteol SE, you can review:
Your folders: Manage your folders.
Your assets:
Asset details: You can readjust the settings for the asset, edit the asset or clone and edit it.
Delete the asset.
Show and copy the asset's URL.
Add to favourites.
