Journey Builder module

Journey management enhanced decision point creation workflow

We've streamlined the journey building process by allowing marketing professionals to create decision points without requiring campaign design application first, enabling more efficient journey structure planning.

Improved decision point access

  • Complete Action Options: Majority decision actions (Clicked, visited, redeemed, viewed, selection) are immediately visible in the dropdown.

  • Flexible workflow: Design complete journey structures before scheduling campaigns, reducing workflow interruptions.

Smart validation system

  • Voucher-based decisions: "Redeemed" actions now display appropriate error messages when campaigns lack voucher configuration, guiding users to add vouchers before proceeding.

  • Click-based decisions: "Clicked" actions show informational messages when the design hasn't been applied, explaining the requirement for link analysis.

  • Immediate actions: "Visited," "Viewed," and "Selection" actions save successfully without additional validation, as they don't depend on campaign content.

This enhancement allows marketers to focus on journey logic and structure before finalising campaign details, creating a more intuitive journey-building experience.

Survey Builder

Automated media file retention management

We've introduced automated media file retention controls to help survey administrators maintain GDPR compliance and manage storage efficiently without manual intervention.


New configuration options

  • Limit retention period setting: A new checkbox option "Limit Retention Period" is now available for Upload Image, Upload PDF, and Upload Video question types.

  • Flexible time-frames: Configure retention periods using numeric values with selectable time units (days, weeks, months, years).

Built-in guidance

Tooltip explains compliance requirements and functionality.


Automated Management

  • Smart deletion: The system automatically removes uploaded media files after the specified time period has elapsed since upload.

  • Selective removal: Only the media files are deleted while preserving the rest of the survey response data, ensuring response integrity is maintained.

Submission cap management

We've introduced submission cap functionality that allows survey administrators to automatically close surveys when a specified number of responses is reached, providing better control over data collection volume and analysis scope.

Submission cap configuration

  • Launch-Time Setup: New submission cap option available when launching a new Survey, allowing users to set maximum response limits before activation.

  • Live survey management: Ability to add or modify submission caps on active surveys with validation to ensure caps exceed current response counts.

Automatic survey closure

  • Dual closure logic: Surveys with both a submission cap and an end date automatically close when either condition is met first.

  • Cap reached status: New survey status that functions identically to "Expired" status but is triggered by response volume rather than time.

  • Closure message display: When caps are reached, new respondents see the configured closure message instead of survey questions.

Dynamic cap management

  • Flexible Adjustments: Live surveys support cap increases that apply immediately for additional responses.

  • Response Deletion Recovery: Surveys with "Cap Reached" status automatically reopen when response deletions bring totals below the cap threshold.

Contact import enhanced opt-in management

We've expanded the contact import functionality to support comprehensive opt-in management, enabling users to import contacts with complete opt-in information without technical assistance.

New opt-in field support

  • Enhanced date import options: The import module now supports Email Opt-in Date and SMS Opt-in Date fields.

  • Flexible date assignment: Choose between mapping individual opt-in dates for all 2 available types (Email, SMS) from file columns or applying a single date across all imported contacts.

Smart validation system

  • Mandatory date requirements: When any opt-in field is mapped: Email, SMS, the corresponding opt-in date field becomes required with clear error messaging.

  • Clear error guidance: Actionable error messages indicate exactly which opt-in date fields are missing when opt-in status is mapped.

Consistent User Experience

New field mapping follows existing import module patterns for familiar workflow.

Contact Profile: Hotel Booking Date display

We're enhancing the Contact Profile to display booking dates for hotel reservations, providing complete booking information.

Enhanced booking information

Booking Date Display: Hotel reservations in the Contact Profile now show the original "Booking Date" alongside existing "Check In Date" and "Check-out Date" fields.

  • Improved data transparency for Hotel operations.

This enhancement provides hotel clients with complete booking information directly in the contact profile, supporting better customer relationship management and operational reporting.


What we've fixed

Spellcheck altering export fields

We fixed an issue where using the Spellcheck feature in the formatting bar altered export fields. This feature now leaves export fields intact, ensuring campaigns send successfully even when spellcheck is used.

Dynamic version processing in campaigns has been refined

Improved dynamic campaign processing to ensure only the intended personalised versions are included in campaign delivery. This enhancement ensures recipients receive only the appropriate personalised content as configured.

Large export processing reliability improved

Analysis exports with substantial data volumes now process successfully without encountering size-related errors, ensuring reliable export completion regardless of data volume.


Security updates in this release

Numerous security fixes and enhancements.
