AI-Powered segmentation guidance, just ask!

We’ve introduced an AI-powered summary of your contact selections in the SCV contact segmentation tool. This enhancement helps users understand, check, and explain their selections without needing to interpret complex queries or logic.

Features include

Auto-generates a natural language description of the segmentation logic built using the drag-and-drop SCV tool. This is to help describing inclusion, exclusion logic, filters, and entity criteria e.g., visits, demographics, transactions in a user-friendly sentence format.
Users can also interact with the AI directly to describe the audience they want, and the AI will guide them step by step in building the correct logic.

Reduces the risk of audience mistakes by offering a clear, readable summary.
Provides real-time guidance by allowing users to describe their goal in plain language, making it easier and faster to build accurate segments.

Currently supports standard entities and filters e.g., Visits, Demographics, Transactions.
Additional support for advanced grouping and nesting will be introduced in future phases.
Available via an access right configuration.

Campaign Builder module

Generate AI-powered images directly from the asset library

We’ve introduced a powerful new feature that allows you to generate high-quality images using AI, now available directly within the Asset Library.

With this enhancement, you no longer need to rely solely on pre-uploaded visuals or external tools. Instead, you can describe the image you have in mind, and the AI will create it for you in seconds.

Whether you're building a campaign, crafting a social media post, or designing a survey, this feature empowers you to:

Save time by generating images on the spot, right within the platform.
Boost creativity with unique visuals tailored to your messaging.
Stay on-brand by producing consistent and professional-quality images.

This enhancement is designed to help you move faster, stay inspired, and keep your visual content fresh and impactful, all with just a few clicks.

Expanding globally: Weather Triggers now work beyond the UK

We’ve taken the first step toward a more globally accessible platform with the start of our internationalisation initiative, a long-term project aimed at making our tools more flexible and relevant across regions.

As part of this release, we’ve removed the location restriction on the Weather Trigger used in automated communications. Previously limited to UK-based locations, you can now set up weather-based triggers for any location worldwide.

This means you can reach global audiences with weather-relevant messaging and plan seasonal or weather-driven communications regardless of where your contacts are located.

Journey Builder module

Journey template settings are now reviewable post-creation

We’ve improved the Journey Setup view to now include template-specific settings for journeys created using predefined templates e.g., Hotel, Birthday. Previously, these values could only be configured during initial journey creation, now they are clearly shown in the existing Settings panel within the Journey Builder.

Improvements include

The existing “Settings” button now also shows the Template Settings section.

Displays hotel-specific parameters such as:
- Days Before/After Visit.
- Booking Channel.
- Booking Status.
- Locations.
Also applies to other templates like Birthday, where settings such as “Days Before Birthday” will be shown.
All template-specific fields are greyed out (read-only) to prevent accidental changes after setup.
Makes it easier to review hotel and birthday logic within the Journey Builder.
Saves time by avoiding the need to restart or reconfigure journeys to check template details.
Reduces user error by clearly displaying fixed template criteria.
To modify the template settings, users can go to the Start component, click the menu ☰ icon, and select "Create New Selection" to input new configuration.
