Campaign builder module
UTM code updates
When updating UTM codes in the Sender details, all the links in the design will automatically be updated.
This time saving feature is added to improve efficiencies. The user is no longer required to update each UTM value.
Any UTM links that have already been updated in the design will remain unaffected by the UTM updates in the Sender details step.
Voucher pause prompt
Building on the 1.19 update, which introduced notifications for relevant campaigns when pausing vouchers, 1.20 includes several refinement to improve flexibility and control over campaign handling:
Filtered campaign list: Only active campaigns ae shown when pausing a voucher offer.
Pause anyway option: Users can proceed with pausing a voucher without needing to pause all linked campaigns, making it easier to manage offers, especially those tied to multiple journeys and Real Time Events.
⚠️Important: If a paused offer has active campaigns, those campaigns will not send until the offer is resumed.
Audience management module
Removal of embedded lead generation form creation
In this release, we have removed the ‘Create Form’ option in the Audience Management module for Meta Facebook Ads.
Due to changes in Meta’s platform, the ability to directly create lead generation forms from within Acteol, using the embedded Facebook form option, is no longer supported.
Lead generation forms must be created directly within Meta’s Ads Manager and linked to the Acteol campaigns.
We plan to reintroduce this functionality in a future release by integrating with Meta’s latest APIs.
What we've fixed
Single Customer View module
Selection management
Users can now successfully delete a selection tied to a deleted campaign and save new selections in the SCV and Campaign Builder.
SCV Exclude option visibility
The ‘Exclude’ option in the SCV will not only appear in the selection profile, Campaign Builder and selection view if it has been used. If no exclusion criteria are added, it will no longer be displayed, ensuring there is no confusion for users.
Campaign builder module
AI and campaign content generation
The Add to Editor and Validate buttons in the AI Content Generator now function correctly when using a dynamic subject. Previously, these options became unresponsive which prevented users from adding AI content.
Dynamic panel editing issue
Editing options are no longer greyed out when viewing a node profile in Dynamic Panels, and the close button now functions correctly in the Campaign Builder too, without greying out the edit options.
