We’ve upgraded our email infrastructure to improve worldwide deliverability.

Campaigns will now be sent from @comms-updates.com, replacing @news-updates.co.uk to support an international sending domain with a stronger reputation.

Single customer view module

CSV export issue resolved in analysis exports

Fixed an issue where downloading Analysis Exports in CSV format resulted in an empty file, while XLSX exports worked correctly. This fix ensures CSV exports now generate properly populated files across all environments.

"Check All" now respects the search filter in the SCV Visits wizard

Fixed an issue in the Visits wizard within the SCV where the "Check All" option in searchable multi-select filters e.g., Location ignored the active search term and selected all available locations. Although the UI initially suggested only filtered results were selected, the filter summary and final selection included all options. This has been corrected, "Check All" now applies only to the filtered list, ensuring accurate and expected selection behaviour.

Booking and visit data alignment issue resolved in SCV

Fixed an issue where confirmed bookings did not consistently appear in the Visits tab of the Single Customer View (SCV), despite being visible in the Timeline and Interactions tabs. This mismatch was caused by the Visits tab referencing a delayed data source. The system now uses consistent, up-to-date sources across all views, ensuring accurate alignment between bookings and visits.

Tags glossary icons loading issue resolved

Fixed an issue where the tag glossary icons failed to load when viewing a contact with more than five tags. This problem, caused by request size limits, has been addressed to ensure icons display correctly regardless of the number of tags.

Duplicate selection creation issue resolved in campaign setup

Fixed an issue where creating a campaign with a selection, either pre-saved or newly created, resulted in the system generating a duplicate selection titled "Campaign Created on dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss". The campaign now retains and uses the intended selection throughout all setup steps, preventing unnecessary duplication and confusion.

Submit button fixed when creating a new selection in the SCV new UI

Resolved an issue where the Submit button was unresponsive when creating a new selection using the SCV new UI within the Campaign Builder module. Users can now successfully save new selections through the updated interface.

Survey Builder module
Survey title colour fixed in one question per page mode

Resolved an issue where the survey header title colour remained black when the ‘Use One Question Per Page’ option was enabled. Now, the title colour correctly reflects the selected colour from the design settings, ensuring consistent styling across all survey layouts.
