Editing selection criteria for active journeys is possible now

We are introducing a new capability that allows users to modify journey selection criteria without the need to recreate entire journeys. This enhancement streamlines journey management and reduces administrative overhead when making routine adjustments.

Pause and edit functionality

Users can now pause active journeys to make selection criteria modifications.
Selection criteria can be updated while the journey remains in a paused state.
Journeys can be reactivated seamlessly with the updated criteria applied.
Changes take effect on the next scheduled cycle run.

Audience Management module

Enhanced Ad account identification

The system now properly retrieves and displays Ad Account display names when accounts are configured through Acteol SE Settings, providing users with intuitive account identification when managing multiple sites and social media accounts.

Survey Builder module

Single Customer View module (SCV)

Notification added when saving selection before count is ready

Introduced a validation check when saving selections. If a user attempts to save while the global selection count is still loading, a notification now appears. This ensures selections are only saved when counts are fully processed, improving reliability and preventing incomplete savings.

Campaign Builder module

Removed test sends from campaign stats

Test sends are no longer displayed in the Campaign Stats tab.

Fix for saving errored contacts from split-test campaign overview

Fixed an issue where saving contacts that have errored during communication dispatch from the Campaign Overview of a split-test campaign where only V1 contacts were included. After this fix, when saving these contacts, the selection now includes recipients of all campaign versions.
