Campaign Builder
Enhanced dynamic subject line validation
We've introduced validation requirements for dynamic subject lines to ensure campaign content completeness and prevent processing errors.
Mandatory field validation
Complete Entry Requirements: All dynamic subject/preheader entries now require subject line, preheader text, and rule criteria before saving.
Field-Specific Error Messaging: Clear, actionable error messages identify exactly which fields are incomplete:
"Dynamic copy missing subject."
"Dynamic copy missing preheader."
"Dynamic copy missing rule."
Benefits
Prevention of campaign errors caused by incomplete dynamic content configuration.
Clearer guidance during campaign setup through specific error messaging.
Reduced troubleshooting time by identifying missing content before campaign scheduling.
Priority-based contact processing
Campaign dispatch now processes contacts based on engagement priority scores, optimising delivery order for stronger campaign performance.
Engagement-based sending order
Priority-Driven Processing: The system now queues contacts for email delivery in ascending priority order, ensuring the most engaged contacts receive communications first.
Complete Contact Processing: All contacts in a campaign are processed sequentially based on their calculated priority scores, with sending continuing until the entire contact list has been queued for delivery.
Benefits
Maximised campaign effectiveness through strategic contact sequencing.
Enhanced engagement rates by prioritising highly engaged contacts.
Efficient resource utilisation by focusing initial outreach on receptive audiences.
This enhancement enables marketing teams to optimise campaign delivery based on historical engagement patterns, improving overall campaign performance and contact responsiveness.
Survey builder
Date question range limitations
Survey administrators can now define valid date ranges for date questions, improving data accuracy and validation.
Flexible range configuration
Dynamic date ranges: Set date limits that adjust automatically relative to the current date (e.g., “7 days ago” to “30 days from today”). Use “today” as a boundary when no offset is needed.
Static date ranges: Define fixed calendar boundaries for surveys requiring specific start and end dates. These limits remain constant regardless of when the survey is taken.
Automatic date validation
Prevention of Invalid Selections: The date picker interface automatically restricts
customer selections to only valid dates within the configured range, with dates outside the allowed period appearing greyed out and cannot be chosen.
Configuration management
Persistent settings: Date range configurations are stored at the question level and remain intact across survey edits and modifications.
Template compatibility: Range settings transfer seamlessly when duplicating questions or copying entire surveys, maintaining consistency across survey templates.
Optional implementation: Date range limiting is optional, with the default state allowing unrestricted date selection when the feature is not enabled.
Benefits
Enhanced data quality through the prevention of invalid date submissions.
Flexible configuration options support both time-relative and fixed-date use cases.
Reduced survey response errors through proactive date validation.
Streamlined data collection for date-sensitive business requirements.
This enhancement provides survey administrators with precise control over acceptable date inputs, ensuring collected date information aligns with business requirements and validation rules.
Social Activity module
Automated first comment functionality
We've introduced automated first comment capabilities for social campaigns, enabling campaign managers to schedule immediate post-publication engagement following social media best practices.
First comment configuration
Optional comment setup: A new "First Comment (Optional)" section is now available in the social campaign creation and editing interface, featuring a rich text editor with comprehensive formatting options including emoji support, link insertion, media uploads, and AI writing assistance.
Universal character limit: All social platforms enforce a consistent 150-character limit for first comments, ensuring standardized content length across all supported channels.
Multi-platform character validation:
Restrictive limit detection: For campaigns targeting multiple social platforms, the system automatically applies the most restrictive character limit among selected platforms (for example, 150 characters when TikTok is included in the campaign).
Platform indicator: A compact visual indicator displays which platform establishes the character limit, providing clear context for content length restrictions through platform logo representation.
Submission protection: The system prevents campaign submission when first comment content exceeds platform limits, with clear warning messages guiding users to adjust content length before proceeding.
Benefits
Enhanced social media engagement through immediate post-publication interaction.
Compliance with platform-specific character limitations across multi-platform campaigns.
Streamlined social media best practices through automated first comment posting.
Improved audience engagement from the moment content goes live.
This enhancement enables social media managers to implement proven engagement strategies through automated first comments, maintaining active presence and encouraging audience interaction immediately upon content publication.
Fixes in this release
Campaign Builder
Fixed broken social icon links in campaign emails
Resolved an issue where social icon links within campaign emails contained an incorrect segundefined value. This caused all icons to redirect to the same URL instead of their individual social media links. Social links now correctly retain their predefined destinations across both test sends and live campaign sends.
Fixed issue causing email builder to scroll to top automatically
Resolved an issue where the Email Builder view would automatically scroll to the top while editing, interrupting user workflow. The builder now retains the user’s scroll position, allowing smooth editing of content throughout the email.
Fixed text box overwriting issue when pasting after line break
Resolved an issue in the Campaign Builder where pasting text into a text box after pressing Enter would overwrite existing content instead of inserting the new text. The fix ensures that pasted text is properly added at the cursor’s position and that the cursor remains inside the text box, preserving the existing content.
Fixed image duplication and spacing issue caused by inline separators
Resolved an issue in the Campaign Builder where placing a separator directly within an image block caused incorrect HTML output. This led to extra spacing on desktop previews and image duplication on mobile previews. Separators now render correctly when positioned near images, ensuring consistent layouts across all devices.
Fixed dynamic panel preview dropdown reverting to default
Resolved an issue where the Dynamic Panel preview dropdown in the Campaign Builder would always revert to “Default,” even when another dynamic version was being displayed. The dropdown now correctly retains and reflects the selected dynamic version after filtering or refreshing the preview.
Fixed incorrect labeling in dynamic panel preview dropdown
Resolved an issue where the default Dynamic Panel appeared as “Node”, and applying filters caused the preview dropdown to switch to “Selection 1” regardless of the actual version. The dropdown now consistently displays the correct Dynamic Panel version name based on the selected or displayed panel.
Fixed incorrect FavouriteFromName Display for contacts with cultiple favourite sites
Resolved an issue where the FavouriteFromName field showed inconsistent favourite sites in the selection view and email preview when contacts had multiple favourite sites. The system now correctly aligns FavouriteFromName based on Brand ID and Sender Profile, ensuring consistent and accurate display across all views.
Single Customer View module
Fixed clicked links dropdown not expanding in campaign results (New SCV)
Resolved an issue in the new Single Customer View (SCV) where the Clicked links dropdown in Campaign Results would not expand when clicked. Dropdowns now open correctly, allowing users to view and analyse all clicked links within campaign results.
Fixed pagination not resetting after new contact search
Resolved an issue where performing a new contact search did not reset pagination to page 1. The system now correctly returns to page 1 after each new search, ensuring that results are displayed immediately without requiring manual navigation.
Fixed apostrophe handling in Contact Segmentation Wizard
Resolved an issue where custom wizards in the Contact Segmentation view returned no results for nodes containing apostrophes. Apostrophes are now handled correctly, and all matching results are displayed as expected.
Social Activity module
Improved layout and usability for social campaigns with multiple locations
Resolved layout and dropdown issues when managing social campaigns with multiple locations. Location filters and options now display and function correctly across all views.
Journey Builder module
Fixed sources display issue in welcome journey start point
Resolved an issue in prebuilt Welcome Journeys where selected sources in the Start Point settings were not displayed after being added. Users can now correctly view and modify selected sources in Welcome
Journeys.
Fixed Inability to Edit Selection in Paused Journeys
Resolved an issue where users were unable to change the selection in paused or completed journeys, even when they had full Journey access rights. Users can now update selections as expected while a journey is paused.
Survey Builder Module
“Prevent Updating Contact per Page” Fix
Resolved an issue where the “Prevent updating contact per page” setting did not work in surveys using the “One Question Per Page” option. The setting now functions as expected across all survey types.
Fixed Survey Title Alignment on Initial Load
Resolved an issue where longer survey titles could appear misaligned below the input field on first load. Titles now display correctly without requiring a page refresh
