An overview of the Campaigns menu in the new Campaign Builder and the pages you'll find under it.

Written by Fatma Abid

The new Campaign Builder simplifies the Campaigns menu in the left-hand navigation. Instead of a long list of separate items, the campaign tools are consolidated into a few clear entries, so it's easier to find what you need.

Finding the menu

The Campaigns menu exists in the modules menu on the left-hand sidebar.

  1. Click Modules, then click Campaigns to expand the section and reveal its pages.

  2. You can collapse or expand the whole sidebar using the menu toggle, and the section you're working in stays highlighted as you navigate.

  • Shared Sections: Manage reusable content sections you can publish and use across multiple campaigns.

  • Use the shared toolbar to search your content.

  • Switch between card and list views, and page through the lists.

  • You can also share content with colleagues and manage its sharing permissions.

The page opens on a grid (or list) of your assets, organised into folders on the left. From here you can:

  • Add Asset: Upload a single image, file or video, or upload several at once, and assign it to a folder.

  • Search and filter: Search by name or keywords, and filter by type (Image/File/Video), size, upload date, who uploaded it, and which channels it's available for.

  • Sort and switch views: Sort by Last created, Last modified, Most used, Name or Size, and switch between card and list views. ARCHIVE-SCENARIOS.md:273-278

  • Manage folders: Create folders and sub-folders, rename them, and use the smart folders (Favourites, Shared, Recently added, Most used, Last used) to find assets quickly.

  • Manage each asset: From an asset's three-dot menu you can view details, edit its metadata (name, ALT text, keywords, brands), rename it, move it to a folder, or delete it. assets-library.
