The Acteol demographic/visits section provides powerful tools to analyse database growth, customer composition, and engagement trends.
Accessing the database growth report
To have insights for your database based on the demographic and visits information, follow the steps below:
Open the Insights module.
Click Demographic/Visits.
By the Total Contacts (all locations), view the chart's data:
Contacts: Tracks overall database growth trends for the contacts count over time.
Contactable contacts: Highlights the size of your reachable audience.
Emailable contacts and SMS-opted contacts: Highlights the size of your reachable audience via different channels.
Adjusting the timeline
To focus on a specific time period:
Use the timeline slider located at the bottom of each chart.
Drag the handles to define your desired date range.
This allows you to analyse trends over custom periods, such as monthly growth, seasonal changes, or campaign impact.
View and export chart data breakdown
Each chart in the report can be exported for further analysis:
By the top-right corner of the chart, click the burger menu
icon.Select View Data.
Click Export to Excel.
This enables you to perform additional analysis or share insights externally.
