To have insights for your database based on the demographic and visits information, follow the steps below:
Open the Insights module, then click Demographic/Visits.
To export any chart:
Click the burger menu
icon at the top right.Click View Data, then click Export to Excel.
To alter the timeline to the required date range, use the slider
at the bottom of the chart.
Column | Details |
Contacts Count By Age Band | The number of contacts that fall within each age group quickly shows the average age of contacts in your database. |
Contacts count by gender | The gender of the contacts in your database in a pie chart by percentage. |
Total contacts (all locations) | A breakdown of your contacts who are emailable and who've opted to be contacted by SMS. |
Average visits comparison | The number of contacts from each source over time. |
Visits / visitors | The number of recorded visitors alongside the number of recorded visits. |
%Contacted by month | The percentage of your database that you've contacted over time. This includes contact made from any channel, including email, SMS, and social (if the Social Activity module is purchased). |
