The cancelled or no-show bookings in the historical data are automatically removed.

Reservations used for matching

The circumstances under which Acteol SE can match a reservation to a transaction.

This is only possible if the following data is provided by:

  • The booking platform:

  • Number of people/covers.

  • Table number.

  • Person who has booked.

  • Date.

  • Time.

  • POS:

    • The table number.

    • Number of covers.

    • Day and time.

    • Location.

If the data is provided within 30 minutes of each other, when the table opens on the POS, Acteol SE matches the transaction to the booking.
