To view the insights and related reports for the covers information, follow the steps below:
Click Insights, then click Covers.
Review the required reports:

Total covers reports |
The cancelled or no-show bookings in the historical data are automatically removed. |
Covers split by type | A week-by-week breakdown of the number of covers of complete bookings, only excluding the walk-ins, with a comparison to the same period last year for existing and new customers. |
% Of known customers - Covers/known visitors | The percentage of identified contacts compared to all booked covers. It's covers vs tracked visits. |
Reservations used for matching | The circumstances under which Acteol SE can match a reservation to a transaction.
If the data is provided within 30 minutes of each other, when the table opens on the POS, Acteol SE matches the transaction to the booking. |
Ave covers | Displays the average number of covers collected bookings week on week. |
You can also save or export the data, via following the steps below:
To the right of the required chart's name, click the menu
icon.To save the image of the chart, click Save as PNG.
To download the data, click View Data, then click Export to Excel.
