The Social Activity Insights brings together all key social performance data in one place, helping you understand how your brand, or sites are performing across social platforms.

Overall

The overall tab provides a consolidated, time-based view of social media performance across Facebook and Instagram. It is designed to help users identify trends, peaks, and declines quickly before moving into more detailed analysis.

Facebook Engagement over time

This chart shows how Facebook engagements evolve over the selected time period. It displays the total engagement volume plotted over time with monthly data points connected as a trend line.

You can also save or export the data, via following the steps below:

  1. To the right of the required chart's name, click the menu icon.

  2. To save the image of the chart, click Save as PNG.

  3. To download the data, click View Data, then click Export to Excel.

Facebook & Instagram performance over time

This multi-metric chart compares Facebook and Instagram performance metrics on a shared timeline.

The metrics shown include:

  • IG Views

  • IG Reach

  • IG Impressions

  • FB Views

  • FB Impressions

  • FB Reach

  • Views

  • Impressions

  • Reach

Each metric is represented by a distinct colour, hover over the trend line to have a quick comparison for the displayed metrics across platforms and indicators.

Average Interactions

The Average Interactions chart displays the average number of interactions over time by minutes.

Hover over the trend line to view the stats for each month.

% Negative comments over time

This chart tracks negative sentiment and response management over time.

  • % Negative: Proportion of comments classified as negative.

  • % Replied Within 24H: Responsiveness to the comments classified as negative, within a 24 hours period.

Sentiment

The Sentiment chart breaks down conversations into sentiment categories.

The categories are:

  • Positive

  • Neutral

  • Negative

Hover over the trend line to view the stats for each month.


Rating

The Rating insights focuses on customer ratings and review performance across different social and review channels. It helps users understand both the volume of ratings received and the quality of those ratings over time.

Ratings by Channel

This chart displays the distribution of ratings by channel, broken down by rating value.

Review the displayed bars to identify which channels generate the most reviews.

Ave Ratings Time

This line chart shows how average ratings change over time, by monthly breakdowns.

Total Rating Count By Channel

This chart tracks the volume of ratings received over time, separated by channel.

Avg Score Over Time

This table summarises average rating scores alongside rating volume over the full time range.

The obtained average score for ratings.

Rating Count

The ratings count.

Channel-specific scores and counts

This includes columns corresponding to the available channel names.

Avg Score For Specified Period

This table focuses on average scores within the selected date range in the date filter. It provides a shorter-term performance snapshot and rating counts specific to the filtered period.

🤓Tip: To change the month, click the Filter icon and select the relevant month, then click Search.

This includes columns corresponding to the available channel names.


League Table

The League Table tab provides a detailed, site‑by‑site breakdown of social media and digital engagement metrics. It is designed for comparison, benchmarking, and operational analysis, allowing users to identify which locations or entities are performing best and where improvements are needed.

Stats By Site

This table summarises core engagement and sentiment metrics per site, to help you understand which sites generate the highest interaction. The key columns include:

  • Interactions.

  • % Positive.

  • % Negative.

  • Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platform‑specific activity counts.

  • Organic and user‑generated posts.

Facebook & Instagram Post Engagement

These tables provide a detailed breakdown of post‑level engagement across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Comments (including user comments).

  • Reactions and likes.

  • Shares.

  • Platform‑specific engagement totals.

Facebook Reactions

This table breaks down Facebook reactions by type, to help you understand audience emotional response. The types include:

  • Likes reactions number.

  • Love reactions number.

  • Care reactions number.

  • Haha reactions number.

  • Wow reactions number.

  • Sad reactions number.

  • Angry reactions number.

Facebook & Instagram Performance

This table shows reach, impressions, views, and audience size per site. It highlights:

  • Facebook reach, impressions, views, and fans.

  • Instagram reach, impressions, views, and followers.

Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok followers

This table tracks follower growth and cumulative audience size over the selected period to measure audience growth effectiveness and compare it accoss the sites.

  • Follower growth during the period.

  • Cumulative followers to date.

  • Platform‑specific follower trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
