Written by Fatma Abid

The Intelligence Engine Performance feature gives you in-depth reporting on your campaign performance over the past 30 days. You can use it to track segment movements, review campaign results, and access AI-generated insights and recommendations.

Access the Performance feature

To open the Performance feature in Acteol SE Evo:

  1. Click the menu icon on the left of your screen, then select the Intelligence Engine.

  2. Select Performance from the Intelligence Engine menu.

Understand your KPIs

At the top of the Performance page, you'll find five KPIs that summarise customer movement and revenue over the last 30 days compared to the previous 30 days.

Customers Moved Up

customers who improved to a higher-value segment. These customers increased their purchase frequency, recency, or spend, indicating successful engagement and growing loyalty.

Customers Moved Down

Customers who declined to a lower-value segment. These customers decreased their purchase frequency, recency, or spend, requiring attention to prevent further disengagement.

Customers Stable

Customers who remained in the same segment. Stability can be positive (Champions staying engaged) or a concern (Hibernating customers remaining inactive).

Net Movement Score

An overall customer base health metric, calculated as:

(Moved Up − Moved Down) ÷ Total Customers × 100.

Positive scores indicate improving customer movement; negative scores signal declining movement requiring intervention.

Revenue per Customer

The average revenue generated per customer, calculated as: Total Revenue ÷ Active Customers. This tracks whether segment improvements are translating into increased customer value.

Review overall campaign performance insights

Below the KPIs, the Overall Campaign Performance Insights panel provides an AI-generated analysis of your campaign performance over the past 30 days. It is structured into three sections:

  • Key Findings: a summary of revenue, segment distribution, and customer movement patterns.

  • Predictions & Trends: anticipated changes in segment behaviour and engagement based on current data.

  • Priority Actions: recommended next steps to improve engagement and segment health.

The panel also provides an Overall Health Score for your customer segments.

Track segment distribution and movement

The Segment Distribution & Movement panel tracks how customers shift between segments and how they are currently distributed. The graph uses three colours to show movement:

  • Green: customers who moved up a segment.

  • Red: customers who moved down a segment.

  • Yellow: customers who remained in the same segment.

📌 Note: This dashboard has a one-day delay between customer movement and the data shown on screen.

To the right of the graph, a summary panel shows the segments with the biggest movement, segments that need attention, segments that have recovered, and the most stable segments. You can select More on any panel in the summary to view further AI-generated analysis and suggestions.

Review campaign performance by target segment

The Campaign Performance by Target Segment panel lets you compare engagement rates, conversion rates, and revenue across Intelligence Engine segments targeted by campaigns.

The Summary section beneath the chart includes a Correlation Pattern overview, which offers actionable insights into customer behaviours to help you improve future campaigns.

Track segment movement trends

The Segment Movement Trends panel tracks how segment populations changed over time, showing the impact of campaign sequences. An AI-generated summary is available beneath the chart, highlighting high-movement segments and overall movement patterns.

View campaign impact on customer segments

The Campaign Impact on Customer Segments panel gives you a complete view of all ad-hoc campaigns sent, showing how customers moved between segments after receiving each campaign. For each campaign, you can see:

  • Campaign name and type.

  • Number of contacts reached.

  • Percentage of segment movement.

  • Revenue impact.

  • Bookings generated.

To view a detailed analysis of a specific campaign, select View in the Actions column.
