The Intelligence Engine Settings area lets you customise how your segments appear, review the RFM scoring model that underpins the segmentation logic, and manage notification alerts for segment movements. Settings are configured per brand, so you can apply different configurations to each brand independently.
Access settings
You can access the Settings area from the main navigation menu.
Click the menu icon on the left of your screen, then select the Intelligence Engine.
Select Settings from the Intelligence Engine menu.

Rename a brand template
You can give a brand template a custom display name without changing the underlying template.
By default template, click the pencil
icon.🤓 Tip: The default template is the template you will find in the active templates assignment section, usually having your brand name.
Enter a new name in the Assignment Name field.
Click Save.
🤓 Tip: The original template name is shown in the panel so you can revert back to the default name at any time.
Change segment colours
You can customise the colour of each segment to match your brand or make specific segments easier to identify.
Click Colors on the brand's panel.
Click the colour swatch next to the segment you want to update.
Choose a colour using the colour spectrum, or enter a specific RGB, HSL, or HEX code.
Click Save.
🤓 Tip: You can cycle between RGB, HSL, and HEX input formats by selecting the colour code label in the colour picker.
Review the RFM scoring table
Click Details.
The Details option on each brand panel opens the RFM scoring table. This table shows how each segment is scored based on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary benchmarks across 125 possible combinations.
📌 Note: The RFM scoring rubric is read-only and cannot be edited.
Manage notification alerts
Notification alerts let you monitor significant movements between customer segments. You can configure when an alert is triggered, what threshold activates it, and which segment movements warrant a notification.
View existing alerts
To view the existing alerts, click Alerts on the brand's panel to open the Notification Alert Configuration window. This shows all existing alerts, along with their movement rule, threshold, and current status.
Add a new alert
Click Alerts on the brand's panel.
Click + Add Notification Alert.
Click the From Segment and To Segment to define the movement you want to monitor.
Set the Minimum Customers threshold. It is the minimum number of customers that must move to trigger the alert.
Select a Timeframe, for example, Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
Toggle Enable This Alert on to start monitoring immediately.
Select Add Alert.
Edit an existing alert
Click Alerts on the brand's panel.
Click the pencil
icon in the Actions column next to the alert you want to update.Make your changes and click Save.
Pause or delete an alert
If an alert is no longer relevant, you can pause it using the status toggle or delete it using the bin icon in the Actions column.
