Select the relevant campaign
To segment the customers you've previously sent them a specific campaign, follow the steps below:
From the Single Customer View module, open the Contact Segmentation.
Click Selections & Queries, and by Campaign Target List click the plus
icon.From the campaigns list, from the actions column, click the select
icon.From the selected campaigns section, click Validate My List.
Add a description, then select the relevant email results.
📌Note: Adding a description is a mandatory step.
Choose the email engagement result
Under Email Results, select:
Is to include customers who match your chosen engagement type
Is Not to exclude them.
You can then select one or more of the following:
Delivered
Returns customers who received the selected campaign.
Opened
Returns customers who opened the email.
Clicked
Returns customers who clicked any link in the email.
You may also specify a specific link if needed.
Unsubscribes
Returns customers who unsubscribed after receiving the campaign.
Errors
Returns customers whose email failed to send due to an error.
Control group
Returns customers who were part of the control group for that campaign if set up.
Specify the time range
By Review results by a specific time period? specify the following:
Ever.
Specific date range.
Custom date range.
Click Submit. Then from under Campaign Target List, drag the newly created box in the Selection section.
You can now view the results of your selection or combine it with any other node criteria from the data tree.
Submit your criteria
Once you add all the required fields, click Submit to generate the selection.
A new selection box will appear under Campaign Target List.
Drag this box into the Selection section.
