To view a contact's surveys, follow the steps below:
When you open the contact profile of a customer, click Surveys.
Each card represents one survey, you can preview the survey main details:
Title.
Description.
The ID of their response, in case needed for raising with support.
The survey completion date and time.
To see the customer responses, click the preview
icon.
To switch to grid view, click the Grid
icon.
