View or resend communications to a contact

You can view communications you've sent to a client and resend them.

In the Marketing tab, you can see the communications you've sent to a contact from each channel, preview in mobile or desktop view, check the delivery status, and re-send the campaign directly to the contact.

To view or resend a communication, follow the steps below:

  1. Click SCV, then click Search contact.

  2. In the search bar, search for the contact's name or email address.

  3. Click the Display Contact Profile image.png icon.

  4. Click Profile, then click Marketing.

  5. To focus on specific channels, click Email or SMS.

    • By default, all channels display. Select the channel to hide it.

  6. To change the communication style, select one of the icons below:

    • image.png Desktop view.

    • image.png Mobile view.

  7. To filter the list by progress, select a progress status to hide:

    • Queued.

    • Sending.

    • Delivered.

    • Rejected.

    • Errors.

  8. Select the icon to:

    • image.png Edit.

    • image.png Preview.

    • image.png Resend.

    • image.png Download the html.
