Create a tag for social comments

You can track certain words that your customers are using in their comments or posts on your social media pages, you can create a tag group.

To create a tag for the social comments, follow the steps below:

  1. Click your user name icon on the right.

  2. Click Settings, then click the Keywords icon.

  3. Click Add Tag.

    🤓Tip: To can create customised categories, click the Add Category add cat.pngicon.

  4. Specify the word, then assign it to a category.

  5. Specify if you're going to track the word exact match or any match.

  6. Assign a sentiment to the word. The sentiment can be: Negative, neutral, positive.

  7. Click Save.
