Create a tag for social comments

You can track certain words that your customers are using in their comments or posts on your social media pages, you can create a tag group.

To create a tag for the social comments, follow the steps below:

  1. From the lower section of your Acteol CRM modules menu panel, click the Settings icon.

  2. Click the Keywords icon.

  3. Click Add Tag.

  4. Specify the word, then from the category drop down, assign it to a category.

  5. To define your word tracking method, select word exact match or any match.

  6. Assign a sentiment to the word. The sentiment can be:

    • Negative.

    • Neutral.

    • Positive.

  7. Click Save.
