To check the social keywords tags stats, follow the steps below:
🤓Tip: If you didn't set up any keyword tags yet, you can still do so. Please refer to this article for reference.
Click Social Activity, then click Tagging Management.
View the general information related to the tag word:
Category of the keyword.
When you added it.
Overall use count.
If it’s positive, negative, or neutral.
To export the stats, click Export to Excel.
To view the word tag details, from the Keyword column, click the tag word.
Interaction Freq. (min): Average time in minutes between interactions during the defined period.
(min) Interaction Last: Time since the last interaction during the defined period.
Post/Message and the related actions.
To reply to the message having the used tag, click the Reply
icon.
To amend the sentiment for the message, click the Amend Sentiment
icon.To mark the message as seen, click the Mark as acknowledged
icon.
