Monitor the sentiment and keyword alerts in your social pages

You can track the sentiment for your customers' comments and reviews, and you can view insights on your tags.

To check the social keywords tags stats, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Social Activity, then click Tagging Management.

  2. View the general information related to the tag word:

    • Category of the keyword.

    • When you added it.

    • Overall use count.

    • The tag's sentiment: if it’s positive, negative, or neutral.

  3. To export the stats, click Export to Excel.

  4. To view the word tag details, from the Keyword column, click the tag word.

    • Interaction Freq. (min): Average time in minutes between interactions during the defined period.

    • (min) Interaction Last: Time since the last interaction during the defined period.

    • Post/Message and the related actions.

      • To reply to the message having the used tag, click the Reply icon.

      • To amend the sentiment for the message, click the Amend Sentiment icon.

      • To mark the message as seen, click the Mark as acknowledged icon.
