Raise a support ticket

You can contact our support team from your Acteol SE software to help you raise a support ticket in a few easy steps.

If you've checked our Help Centre containing useful guides, and used the Access Digital Assistant but still want to speak to the team or raise a support ticket, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Acteol SE system, open the Access Digital Assistant

  2. Ask your question, and if the Access Digital Assistant didn't answer it as you wish, confirm that you want to speak to someone via a live chat or to raise a support ticket.

    πŸ€“Tip: To request to speak to someone via a live chat, you can use any of these expressions: Connect me with a support team member, connect me with a human support agent, I want to talk to someone..

  3. Provide the needed information about your request.

  4. Acteol SE support team will review your conversation, and creates a support ticket if required.

    πŸ€“Tip: Your support case will have a ticket ID and you can receive updates on your email address.

Once your support ticket is created, you can:

  • Track your case on Access Digital Assistant.

  • Interact with the support team member seamlessly.

  • Follow up with providing any more required information until it's marked as resolved.
