Acteol SE onboarding training framework
For every Acteol SE onboarding, a defined and agreed training plan is established at the start of the project.
From project kickoff, the customer’s project lead is made fully aware of:
The onboarding training structure.
The sessions included as part of the onboarding scope.
The available training options during and after onboarding.
The fact that any new training requests made after onboarding fall outside of the standard service.
Onboarding training plan
The onboarding training plan is structured as follows:
1. Welcome Meeting
An initial session to align on objectives, scope, timelines, strategy defining and training expectations.
2. Training Sessions
The number of training sessions depends on the selected Flightpath and the modules included in the customer’s package:
Flightpath A: 2 training sessions.
Flightpath B: 3 training sessions.
Flightpath C: 4 training sessions.
Each session is tailored to the relevant Acteol SE modules.
3. Q&A and Go‑Live Readiness Session
A final session focused on:
Addressing outstanding questions.
Ensuring readiness for go‑live.
Confirming next steps and support pathways.

This information is clearly communicated during the initial welcome call, ensuring that all relevant customer team members who should receive training are involved from the beginning.
Additional Acteol SE post‑onboarding training
Any Acteol SE training requested after the onboarding period is not included within the standard service offering.
To continue supporting customers beyond onboarding, additional training sessions are available as a paid service.

We offer a dedicated 1‑hour Acteol SE training session, tailored to your needs.
Session length: 1 hour
Cost: £150
Format: Remote
Focus: Based on your specific Acteol SE requirements
