Campaign Builder
Sender setup is editable after submission
What's new
The ability to edit the subject line and preheader from the Sender step has been reinstated for submitted campaigns.
Users can once again update these fields and save their changes directly from the Sender step, even after a campaign has been submitted.
Why this matters
Following a change in the previous release that removed the save functionality from the Sender step in view mode, users had no available route to update the subject line or preheader on a submitted campaign.
Benefits
Users can make quick amendments to the subject line and preheader without needing to recreate or reconfigure the campaign.
Restores a familiar and practical editing capability that supports last-minute adjustments before a campaign is sent.
Cookie preferences settings
What's new
β’ A "Cookies Settings" link has been added to the footer of the platform.
β’ Clicking it opens a Cookie Preferences panel where users can review and manage their cookie consent choices at any time.
β’ Preferences can be configured across three categories: Essential & Security, Analytics & Performance, and Functional.
Why this matters
β’ Cookie preferences were previously only accessible via the My Account page, meaning users had to navigate away from their current workflow to make changes.
β’ The new footer link provides a more convenient and consistently accessible route to managing cookie preferences from anywhere in the platform.
Benefits
β’ Users have greater transparency and control over their cookie preferences at all times. Preferences can be updated at any point during a session.
β’ The persistent footer link ensures the option is always accessible, regardless of which part of the platform the user is viewing. β Updated text editor
What's new
β’ The text editor used across the platform has been updated to a new, modern editor. All existing functionality within each area of the platform remains fully available.
Why this matters
β’ The previous editor relied on a third-party tool that presented ongoing security concerns.
β’ The editor has now been replaced with an in-house solution, eliminating this dependency and ensuring a more secure experience across all areas of the platform.
Benefits
β’ All familiar tools and options remain accessible in their respective areas, ensuring there is no disruption to existing workflows.
Insights
Booked and Visited metrics added for SMS campaigns
What's new
β’ Two new columns have been added to SMS campaign reporting: "Contacts Visited In Defined Measure" and "Contacts Visited Without Overlap In Defined Measure."
β’ These metrics bring SMS campaign reporting in line with the booked and visited data already available for other email campaigns.
Why this matters
β’ Previously, SMS campaign reporting only provided click-based metrics, making it difficult to understand the full impact of an
SMS campaign beyond the initial engagement.
β’ Without visibility of downstream behaviour such as visits and bookings, accurately measuring the ROI of SMS campaigns was not possible.
Benefits
β’ Users can now see whether contacts went on to visit or book after receiving an SMS, providing a more complete picture of campaign effectiveness.
β’ SMS reporting is now consistent with other email campaigns, making it easier to compare performance across different channels.
Fixes in this release
Journey Builder
Improved handling of deleted campaigns
Resolved an issue where deleting a journey-linked campaign from the Campaign module caused an unexpected error page to appear when returning to the journey. The system now handles this scenario correctly, preventing unexpected errors when a campaign associated with a journey has been removed.
Campaign name now synchronised with campaign builder
The Sender step now maintains consistent read-only status with other campaign steps to prevent unintended modifications in submitted campaigns.

Campaign builder
Dynamic Subject filter validation strengthened
Resolved an issue where a dynamic subject line with a missing filter rule could become permanently stuck in a broken state, silently saving invalid data each time the campaign was reopened and re-saved. The filter field will now display as empty when a rule is missing, prompting users to re-assign a valid filter before saving. Additional validation has also been added to prevent
dynamic subjects from being saved without a properly assigned filter rule going forward.
πNote: If you have an existing campaign affected by this issue, opening the dynamic subjects panel will prompt you to re-assign the missing filter rule. If a campaign with this problem has been copied, the cloned version may still carry over the blank filter and will require manual correction.
Global Preview no longer blank
Resolved an issue where the Global Preview displayed a blank page when opened immediately after previewing a campaign for an individual contact. You can now switch between preview modes seamlessly without any display interruptions.
Social Activity
Story Campaign submission restored
Resolved an issue where clicking the Submit button when creating a Story social campaign had no effect, preventing users from publishing Story content to Facebook and Instagram. Story campaigns can now be submitted successfully.
Security updates in this release
Numerous security fixes and enhancements.
