Once an active journey completes its first run, you can view the journey insights by following the steps below:
From the Menu
icon, click the Journey
icon. In the Actions column, click the Journey Insights icon.
Overall
This view provides overall preview of the journey stages and flow, with percentages indicated after the decisions if added to your campaign.
To view the campaign results from this view, hover over the box of the relevant campaign and click the Campaign Results
icon.
Report
The report section provides insights about the performance of each campaign within your journey:
To see the overall reporting for a specific campaign, click the Campaign Results
Click the specific reporting and campaigns send frequency, click the Campaign runs
icon.
Click the drop down with the text Daily, and choose your view filters:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
To switch to the chart view, click the Chart icon and replace the displayed grid view.
Contacts Path
You can search and view a certain contact’s position in the journey:
Click the Contacts Path tab.
From the search box on the left, add the customer name or email.
If nothing appears, write again the needed customer details in the displayed pop-up, then click the Search
icon.
🤓Tip: You can search using their CtcID, name, email address, or mobile number.
By the relevant customer, click the Select Contact
icon.
The relevant path of this specific customer since they've entered the journey will be displayed for you, highlighting the steps they've passed through in a yellow color.
